As Managing Director and Finance Director he built the Company from scratch to a £6m concern. With over 1200 clients of varying sizes ranging from small sole traders to large blue chip multinationals across Southern England, Tony has implemented integrated financial and management control systems at both the ‘coal face’ and from a project management perspective. Tony wrote one of the first UK wide Manpower Services Commission small business lectures on Computerised accounting in Small Businesses, which later toured the British Isles as part of a Government SME initiative. This experience led to Tony’s affinity to teaching in the business environment, a role that he finds mentally stimulating and immensely enjoyable |
