Steve is the Director and original founder of the School and brings with him over 20 years of training experience. Steve’s service in the UK forces included stints with both the Army and Royal Air Force, where he was a fast-jet Navigator on Phantom F4s and Tornado F3s. In between his two service stints he even managed to win Salesman of the Year with Procter & Gamble plc!

In addition to his flying duties, Steve gained an enormous amount of experience in not only general management but also in specialised project management for which he was awarded a prestigious commendation in 1997.

Steve is a very experienced instructor who formed the school after retiring from forces life. He recognised the need for leadership training and team development within British industry (particularly amongst the small to medium sized enterprises) and thus Taktika Business School was born!

All of the courses provided by the Taktika Business School began life as concepts identified by Steve and following rigorous training needs analyses have been developed by the school’s training team. The syllabus is original in both content and presentation and Steve has always recognised that the true value of training can only be measured by performance; he believes in interaction and has developed lessons to prevent the provision of attendance courses.
