Modular Training System 

All training courses run by the Taktika Business School are tailored to meet the individual needs of both the Company and the candidate. Subject matter is divided into different constituent parts, or modules.
Training in employment and H&SModules are divided into appropriate tiers, dependent upon complexity and depth of study requirements. Modular tiers range from an introduction and overview through to a detailed analysis of a given subject.

Identification of modules and tiers is a result of the Training Needs Analysis process. Consequently, the curriculum will accurately reflect the current level of knowledge possessed by attendees and the required level of knowledge demanded by their role in the business.

The Training Needs Analysis process will vary in complexity although it usually takes only a few hours to complete.
